Once onboarded, you’ll receive early access to vetted investment opportunities, including clear summaries, financials, and timelines.

Step 3: Review and Commit

When a deal fits your goals, we’ll send you the offering documents. We encourage you to have your attorney review them before signing. Alvora’s legal team also reviews every offering for compliance.

Step 4: Fund the Deal

After documents are signed, you wire your investment to the secure account designated for the project.

Step 5: We Execute and You Earn

We handle the full process—acquisition, renovations, and operations. You’ll receive regular updates and quarterly distributions once the property is stabilized, along with your share of any
upside from refinance or sale.
